TopLevel connects customers who purchase gaming services with independent boosters who deliver them. TopLevel itself is a platform: it handles listings, payments, disputes, and quality standards, while services are performed by vetted boosters.

Each game's services and prices are managed by the marketplace and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

Customers create an account to place and track orders. Boosters apply separately and must pass verification before accepting work. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Order configurations (ranks, servers, platforms, extras) define the scope of work. Estimated completion times are estimates, not guarantees. If an order cannot be completed as described, you are entitled to a full or pro-rata refund per our guarantee.

You agree not to abuse the platform: no fraudulent chargebacks, no harassment of boosters or staff, no attempts to take transactions off-platform, and no use of the service for accounts you do not own.

Game publishers may prohibit account sharing in their terms. You acknowledge this risk when ordering services that require account access; play-with-booster options are available where offered for a fully shared-free experience.
